The data provided, including property valuations, distress signals, and owner contact information, is aggregated from public records and third-party APIs. All data is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.

2. Compliance with Contact Laws (TCPA & CAN-SPAM)

Our platform provides skip-traced contact information (phone numbers and email addresses) for educational and B2B evaluation purposes. You, the user, are solely responsible for how you use this data.

By using this platform, you explicitly agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding marketing and outreach, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, and the CAN-SPAM Act. Liquidex assumes no liability for user outreach, SMS campaigns, cold calling, or email marketing activities.

3. Account Security and API Limits

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The platform involves heavy data processing; automated scraping or reverse-engineering of our proprietary dashboard, APIs, or data pipelines is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Liquidex, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, failed investments, or legal actions brought against you by third parties contacted using our data.
